ARQUIVADA A DENÚNCIA do Ministério Público Federal contra Neymar Jr. e Neymar Pai.

Comunicamos que nesta terça-feira (25), recebemos a notícia do arquivamento da denúncia pretendida pelo Ministério Público Federal. O encerramento do processo prova a licitude de todos os atos de Neymar Jr., Neymar Pai, da família e das empresas que, durante 4 anos, sofreram acusações infundadas.

“Apesar de muitos duvidarem, há sim justiça em nosso país. Acusação por acusação, uma após outra, foram todas derrubadas por nossa defesa, deixando explícito que não sonegamos sequer um centavo de imposto. Espero agora que possamos nos concentrar apenas no trabalho e que minha família tenha a paz que merece”, esclarece Neymar Pai.

A denúncia foi rejeitada pelo Tribunal Regional Federal.

THE LAWSUIT of the Federal Public Ministry against Neymar Jr. and Neymar Father is now closed.

We hereby announce that, on this Tuesday (25), we received the news of the filing of the lawsuit sought by the Federal Public Ministry. The closing of the lawsuit proves the lawfulness of all the acts from Neymar Jr., Neymar Father, the family and companies that, for 4 years, suffered unfounded accusations.

“Although many doubted us, there is justice in our country. Prosecution after prosecution were all overturned by our defense, making it clear that we did not evade even a penny of our taxes. I hope that now we can focus only on working and that my family gets the peace it deserves,” says Neymar Father.

The lawsuit was rejected by the Federal Regional Court.
