O Sporting Clube de Portugal está prestes a fazer a sua estreia na temporada 2022/2023 da Champions League e Arthur Gomes foi relacionado para a partida. O duelo será nesta quarta-feira (7), às 13:45 (Horário de Brasília), contra o clube alemão Eintracht Frankfurt, no Deutsche Bank Park, na cidade de Frankfurt.
Após a sua apresentação oficial como novo membro do clube português, Arthur Gomes, aos 24 anos, ganha a oportunidade de fazer a sua grande estreia no maior torneio de clubes da Europa. Será sua primeira partida contra um time alemão, seu primeiro jogo na Alemanha e também o primeiro confronto de sua nova equipe nesta edição da Champions League.
